Job Description:

1. Research potential partners and identify potential partnership opportunities.
2. Craft partnership proposals and negotiate terms with potential partners.
3. Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial.
4. Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure that partnerships align with the company’s overall marketing strategy and goals.
5. Analyze the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports to management.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new partnership opportunities.
7. Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various types of events to increase brand awareness.
8. Identifying potential sponsors, pitching proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that sponsor obligations are fulfilled during the event.
9. Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts for events and partnerships.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential vendors for events.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to vendor acquisition and event management.
13. Implement, develop and execute sales strategy.
14. Analyze and identify new markets and client needs.
15. Developing the Team in achieving the target to bring in new clients.
16. Leveraging various channels (social media) to maximize event attendance and partnership visibility.
17. Identify and analyze potential markets regarding business opportunities to bring in new clients.
18. Develop business plans with potential partners.
19. Analyze the success of events by collecting feedback, measuring key performance indicators (KPI), and preparing reports to evaluate the outcomes.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor degrees in Communication / Marketing / Public Relation.
• Min 1 year proven experience in partnership / event / building new sales channel / community.
• Have experience in planning and hosting community / company / B2B events.
• Strong relationship / network with marketing strategic partners (e-commerce, offline store, mall, banks, etc), event vendors and community.
• Strong communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects / events at once.
• Have good negotiation skills, strategic, creative and innovative growth thinking.
• Strong interest in fragrance, cosmetic and beauty products and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Indonesia and English language 
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
