Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Partner Support Delivery Manager

Description –

What a Partner Service Delivery Manager does at HP:

  • Serves as Channel Partner Advocate and main entry point for partners
  • In charge for service managers (and operations managers) at major partners deploying & supporting HP’s portfolio.
  • As the expert and trusted advisor and trainer for delivery programs & process related topics. e. warranty, parts, tools, processes, etc.
  • Drive monthly or quarterly business reviews, covering all relevant topics for partners & HP CS.
  • Gather feedbacks, anticipate, and understand partner needs from HP
  • Be a trusted advisor, ensure that partners get the right delivery program understanding
  • Maintain understanding of partners business environment, challenges, industry trends or opportunities.
  • Represents and advocates partners needs within HP, both reactively and proactively (may be requested to contribute to transformation projects as a subject matter expert.
  • Promote HP strategies, products & solutions that will help partners to meet their business objective (serviceability, diagnostics, etc). Reports identified opportunities to sales stakeholders.
  • Identify and address (training, improvement plans) broken processes, communication issues, operational expertise gaps, product quality deviations.
  • Drive change with partners for any channel delivery programs or tool evolution.
  • Communicate any relevant document
  • Build a close relationship with HP sales, country, and central teams and for top partners, team up with Partner Business Manager & other country stakeholders. 
  • Ensure that partner capabilities & setup meets program guide expectations. Take any appropriate action to fix identified gaps.
  • Drive compliance investigations and corrective actions, proactively, or on request from compliance teams.
  • Ensure contractual conditions are understood and accepted (signed if relevant)
  • Provide access to all relevant documents, tools, report.
  • Drive partners assessment, interfacing with partners to gather required information
  • Drive performance reviews (monthly or quarterly).
  • Drive partners to meet or exceed the program requested criteria (KPIs) and customer satisfaction 

What a Partner Service Delivery Manager does at HP:

  • Typically 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
  • Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role – A3 printer knowledge is a plus point.
  • Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
  • Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
  • Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
  • Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
  • Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
  • Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
