Part Inventory Auditors Responsibilities for this position include:

 Part Inventory Auditors have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Perform regular physical inventory audits ware house consisting of Mining & construction heavy equipment spare parts, consumables, Safety items, used parts & disposal items at all locations.  

• Analyze and compare audit results with inventory records physical verses   computer using SAP.

• Identify discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records using SAP S4/Hana existing.

• Prepare audit reports detailing inventory status and discrepancies to BOD

• Work closely with the inventory management team to reconcile any identified discrepancies

• Advise on inventory control procedures to prevent discrepancies in the future

• Review and implement inventory control systems and procedures

• Use SAP  S4/Hana inventory software to track and manage inventory levels

• Assist in the development of loss prevention programs

• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and company policies

• Verify and ensure that the equipment and quantities delivered or returned are correct (physical against documentation) SAP system

• Guarantee that the equipment inventory control processes are executed according to the establishments, in case there is some difference it must be communicated to the immediate supervisor

• Must prepare the damage reports required on the return process (pictures and damage report)

• Perform any other activity that may be required by the immediate Supervisor

• Has the responsibility to analyze with the Operations Manager the deviations on the process that may be identified

• Perform location quantity audits to support your Inventory Control Analyst

• Accurately record not only the physical count but also the physical state of inventory locations.

• Perform “2nd count” audits against other teams within Inventory Control

• Responsible for interfacing and supporting their fellow Internal Control teammates.

• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found in inventory records. Prepare reports on inventory accuracy and discrepancies Monitor inventory transactions and report any irregularities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent organization skills.

• Holding S-1 / D3 Inventory Management, Industrial /Mechanical Engineering

  From reputed university

• Age Group 30-35

• Attention to detail and accuracy, having ISO knowledge

• Proficient in data analysis tools and software SAP S4/Hana

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures

• Experience in auditing or inventory management min 5-years (preferred)
