Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi PARALEGAL di kantor PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang kita inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

COMPANY PARALEGAL

Requirement:

Graduate of Law Degree.
Experience in Law Firm or Company Legal Departement minimum 2 years as a Paralegal.
Familiar handling internal or external communication including with the government such as Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Fluently in English communication.
Have a strong handling administrative works related to corporate secretarial works.
Work placement in SCBD Sudirman – South Jakarta

Scope of Work:

Handling the company group licensing matters (e.g OSS RBA and Non-OSS licensing. This includes conducting research (online and physical visit) and liaising with the relevant central and regional government offices. The scope of licensing are those relevant to company group’s business activities (including but not limited to industrial activities (under the Ministry of Industry), intellectual & property rights (under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Directorate General of Intellectual and Property Rights)), e-commerce and web portal (under the Ministry of Communications and Informatics) and customs and excise (under the Ministry of Finance (Directorate General of Customs and Excise)).
Support corporate secretary by handling administrative works related to corporate secretarial works (e.g. liaising and submitting required documents to OJK and IDX, arranging BOC and BOD meetings)
Handling invoicing and finance (administrative) related matters.
Liaising with the relevant the company department (business, finance, tax, procurement, etc. as necessary) and external parties (other than those already mentioned above, such as notaries, vendors, etc.) to carry out daily tasks as described above
