We are currently looking for an experienced P2P Staff (Contractual) who will be accountable to deliver P2P performance as per global target, in regards to Payment On Time, First Pass Yield PO, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing
• Sensitive data Team (Vendor approver)
• Concur & TnE prepayment approver
• Ensure AP Aging reports monitoring
• Involve P2P related project
• Ensure all P2P financial transaction aligned with ICFW (internal control framework)
• Experience of SAP Role and Authorisations within Purchase to Pay function
• Work closely with Stake holder such as Procurement, and shopper
• Work closely with other ICSS team (O2C, R2R and Tax), Finance LOC and Commercial.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

• Minimum education background as Bachelor Degree, preferably in Accounting/Economics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work under contractual for 6 months.
• Good drive for results through an understanding of general economic and basic accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a complex and challenging environment.
• Understanding of accounting systems and SAP would be an advantage.
