Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Organizational & People Development Manager di perusahaan PT Tibeka Logistik Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, Human Capital Business Partner and lead a team(s)
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Having an experience on handling Organization Structure and Design, Talent & Performance Management, Job Analysis & Evaluation.

Area of Responsibilities:

Team Development and Management

  • Oversee the Organizational Development and Talent Management & People Development Team.
  • Supervise and be responsible for the work of the team by regularly checking on the work process and results and giving help when needed.
  • Create a regular report presented to the supervisor.
  • Build and maintain a high performing team through strong KPI measurement and monitoring, performance management, coaching and training.
  • Establish and build out the Organizational Development and Talent Management & People Development function of the company, including developing an overall Organizational Development and Talent Management & People Development strategy.
  • Make an action plan monthly/yearly, monitor the achievement, and conduct the analysis.

Organization Design and Structure

  • Advise, provide and develop the implementation of Organization Model and its elements based on agreed design.
  • Contribute in the research for best practices and benchmarks to review organizational development programs.
  • Monitor and maintain updated data of organization structure along with the incumbent and current position.

Organization Changes and Implementation

  • Assist, develop, and follow up the Organization Changes activities to its agreed changes.
  • Support the implementation of Organization Changes by providing its elements needed.

Performance Management

  • Manage, design, and implement performance management processes, communication, training, and related technology systems
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to improve performance through people by effective implementation of Performance Management system in the company

Training and Development

  • Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goal and objectives of the company.
  • Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
  • Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
  • Define and create learning modules and programs to achieve organizational goals (through learning matrix that have been collected from every head of dept) in collaboration with SME.
  • Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance. 
  • Working hand in hand with each head of dept to create matrix competency.
