Job description & requirements

Job Description:

• Formulate the type of organizational culture that supports the company’s vision and mission
• Analyze the current state of the organizational culture to identify gaps in achieving the desired organizational culture
• Work closely with Recruitment & Training Development in implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the value internalization program
• Collaborate with line managers and other stakeholders to create job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for positions
• Oversee the annual appraisal process, ensuring compliance with the timetable and maintaining the quality of appraisal documentation
• Collaborate with the other Divisions to formulate business processes by analyzing current processes versus needed processes to align with the company’s vision and mission, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency
• Translate company values into company working cultures in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Has experience in HR Organizational Development & Culture for 1 – 3 years
• Have experience in Job Evaluation, Employee Review, Career Path, KPI, and Employer Branding
• Proven hands-on experience in developing competencies modules, conducting job analysis, and workload analysis
• Proven hands-on experience in job grading, job evaluation, and salary structure
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) is preferred
• A team player with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex tasks and priorities.
