Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for the implementation and execution of Organization Development strategies and practices including the organization structure, culture activation, and performance management as per agreed design to achieve a healthy and high performing organization.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource and Development, specializing in Organizational Development and Talent Management.
3. Fluent in Bahasa written and spoken. Fluent in English written and spoken is an advantage.
4. Having an experience of handling employee’s engagement events.
5. Having a deep understanding about organization structure and chart making process

Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated data of organization structure along with the incumbent and current position.
• Drafting and conduct a benchmark for requested job description.
• Assist, develop, and follow up the Organization Changes data to its agreed changes.
• Manage Organization Development database, such as KPI data, MPP tracking, activities proposal and report related to OD&TM’s budget, etc.Implement & execute performance management cycle to enable employees & organization understanding of the goals.
• Assist the result of employee’s performance for rewards and people development team.
• Plan culture activation journey and the implementation through activities to increase employee’s awareness of company’s culture.
• Plan, execute, and report company’s engagement activities to engage all employees to the organization.
• Conduct employee engagement survey to see employee’s engagement development through activities that have been done.
• Work alongside with Brand and Marketing Team for employee branding activities (employee’s engagement events).
