Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Organization Design & Development Expert di tempat usaha ASIA PULP AND PAPER untuk domisili Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Job Summary:

The Organizational Development Expert will be responsible for facilitating the development of the organizational structure, reviewing competency models and performance measurement tools, and facilitating the implementation of performance appraisals. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing and a strong ability to analyze data and communicate effectively.

Job Description:

Facilitating the development of organizational structure using job analysis and job evaluation to obtain the optimum productivity in accordance with the company’s business plan as well as ensuring productivity from existing structures.
Develop and review competency models for each position as well as competency measurement tools to obtain the competency models required for each position.
Facilitates the creation of Key Performance Indicators for each position to set clear performance standards for each position.
Facilitating the implementation of performance appraisals, up to the final stage of processing performance scores to ensure that performance appraisals are carried out correctly and can obtain the final performance score of each employee in accordance with applicable standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimal Bachelor Degree from Human Resource Management or any related major.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field especially in manufacturing company is required.
Fluent in English.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to analyze data and communicate effectively.
Placement: Serpong, Tangerang.
