Order Management (Merchandiser) Manager
As the Order Management Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers to ensure operational efficiency and maximize business profitability.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining strong and positive relationships with existing customers to drive business optimization.
2. Monitoring order flow, ensuring production aligns with customer expectations and contractual agreements.
3. Collaborating with internal teams, such as Production and Quality Control, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
4. Conducting regular reviews of customer needs and preferences to improve product satisfaction.
5. Identifying opportunities for process improvement to optimize profitability and minimize costs.
6. Analyzing customer feedback and providing actionable insights for business growth.
7. Managing inventory control to ensure product availability and delivery targets.
8. Acting as the main point of contact for customers to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.
9. will be placed at our Head Office in Demak-Semarang, Central Java.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing (preferably in Injection Molding or Electronics Assembly, Garment industry are welcomed).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written); Mandarin skills are an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and analytical skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to optimize operational processes.
