Principle Objective of Position:
Responsible to ensure compliance and give an improvement in every product manufacturing and packaging process until shipment of finished goods to meet the standard of GMP (QMS – Core Requirement, Prod. Monograph, IMPs) and Safety (GSE, Permenaker, etc.) in order to produce high quality products as per requirement standards of PT Organon Pharma Indonesia Tbk
Major Duties/ Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to execute company’s Vision including cost, quality, customer, service and safety.
2. Review and give an input of product manufacturing and packaging process to meet the guidelines.
3. Involved as Team Plant Inspection, Deviation Investigation, Quality Risk Assessment and Product Complaint Investigation (as necessary).
4. Support preparation of sample for clinical study, creation of line design material and manpower for new product.
5. Execute improvement and analyze process form the production capacity, cost, and efficiency perspectives.
6. Ensure Knowledge Lean Production (Process Improvement) and Lean Tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) has been implemented as a culture in IPT (Integrated Production Team) to achieve the targets (cost reduction, improved yields, and products quality).
7. Execute planning, setting and trial of production processes to obtain process improvement.
8. Support project implementation related technology transfer
9. Support Change Control for Equipment and Process from Compliance and Process Improvement perspectives.
10. Implement Value Stream Mapping, to obtain the process harmonization and added value in IPT area.
11. Implementing Continuous Improvement in all production process, by focusing to increase flexibility and performance, reduce cycle time and process variability, eliminate, or reduce reject and/or defect
12. Support resource allocation to execute continuous improvement and production process.
13. Responsible in Preventive Action and Corrective Action implementation related Continuous Improvement Initiative.
14. Manage production monthly metrics for continuous improvement and GMP compliance.
15. Integrate resource of Manpower, Equipment, Energy, Method, and Information to obtain process efficiency and effectivity.
16. Execute benchmarking and best practice to be implemented in IPT.
17. Support daily walk through in IPT area and other IPS meeting/program.
Qualification:
1. Minimum pharmacist or bachelor’s degree of industrial engineering.
2. Familiar with problem solving method and tools.
3. Familiar with data statistical/analysis method and tools.
4. Sound understanding of CPOB and ASEAN regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical industries, GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and listening skills.
6. Good leadership and managerial skill, proficient in English.
