Position overview :
As part of the BLive Co-Living Operations Team, you will be the key person ensuring that every resident experiences a seamless, connected, and comfortable stay. Rather than traditional hotel front desk tasks, this role focuses on guest engagement, community, and smooth behind-the-scenes coordination.

You’ll be their supporters throughout the property and you stay closely with the guest all around the experience —delivering the feeling of freedom and connection that aligns the BLive’s philosophy and help guests to feel like home.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction – maintain high level customer oriented mindset and actions.

• Operational Coordination – ensure daily end to end operations process running smoothly and solve issues found on the ground promptly

• Handle billings – collect, archives and process all billing inquiries such as invoices, term payment, etc

• Coordinate with related department(Housekeeping, Engineering, Restaurants, etc.)

• Administration – ensuring accurate and up-to-date administrative matters related to daily operations, and reporting periodically during the process

Job requirements:

• Open to entry-level but prefer at least one prior experience in hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in English(both written and verbal)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with computers and online management tools

• Genuine intrest in welcoming peope and community oriented work
