About the Position

Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join their fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be at the forefront of managing logistics, suppliers, procurement, and sales operations.

Job Descriptions

1. Work closely with the COO on key initiatives, contributing valuable insights to decision-making processes.
2. Manage logistics, supplier relationships, and sales operations for end-to-end efficiency.
3. Efficiently handle the supply chain, demonstrating expertise in logistical processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
4. Optimize costs without compromising quality in procurement processes.
5. Offer backup support to the sales team on project-related tasks, ensuring a cohesive working environment.
6. Coordinate with both internal and external team to ensure effectivity of the SOPs and also to solve any arisen issue through regular meeting.
7. Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role, preferably in supply chain, operations, or logistics, showcasing a track record of successful project management.
3. Previous experience providing backup support to sales teams on project-related tasks, ensuring a cohesive working environment.
4. Ability to organize and manage tasks with a systematic approach, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
5. Previous exposure to a startup or VUCA environment, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and hands-on problem-solving.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
8. Display leadership qualities, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
