Position: Operations Manager (OM)
We are seeking an Operations Manager with a background in legal or business consulting, and strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes.

Role Overview
As a service company, our core activities involve providing professional consultancy and tailored solutions for clients rather than manufacturing products. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that internal processes and service delivery run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

This role serves as a bridge between the CEO and all departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Sales & Marketing, and Vendor Management). The OM is expected to streamline workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement to uphold the quality of services delivered to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational workflows across divisions to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or misalignments that impact overall performance and service delivery.

  • Develop and execute systematic solutions to streamline processes, strengthen coordination between departments, and ensure compliance with company standards, budgets, and strategic directives from the CEO.

  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance, optimizing resources, and reinforcing KPI achievement to enhance productivity, service quality, and operational consistency.

  • Ensuring operational alignment with the CEO’s directions while leading, motivating, and maintaining effective communication across teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Business Administration or related fields.

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in a Service-Oriented Company (consultancy background highly preferred).

  • Able to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proven track record in financial management, risk management, and project supervision.

  • Strong background in workforce planning, team development, and performance management.

  • Experience in handling vendors, such as notaries, lawyers, contractors, tax consultants, and other professional service providers, including monitoring their service levels and maintaining good partnerships.
