Job Description

Responsibilities:
Campaign Design and Management:
• Develop and execute payment campaigns in partnership with various banks to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with bank partners to understand their requirements and tailor campaigns to align with their strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Partnership Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to ensure successful collaboration on payment initiatives.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with bank partners to secure beneficial terms for both parties.
Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to ensure seamless implementation of payment campaigns.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within scope
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to senior management and bank partners.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment campaigns and partnerships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment operations, campaign management, or a related role within the e-commerce or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful payment campaigns in collaboration with bank partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Knowledge of payment processing, banking regulations, and e-commerce industry trends.
