Yayasan Kreasi Penerus Asa is a growing preschool organization founded in Jakarta, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that nurtures creativity, curiosity, and character.

Following the success of our first school in Jakarta, we are now expanding and opening a new branch in Batam. We are looking for a Operations Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the school’s daily operations, HR management, and admission processes as part of the founding team.

Responsibilities:

A. Human Resources:

  1. Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for teachers and staff.

  2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR administrative reports.

  3. Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

B Operations:

  1. Assist in managing daily school operations and logistics to ensure smooth activities.

  2. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for facility readiness.

  3. Support budget tracking, purchasing, and operational documentation.

C. Admissions:

  1. Handle inquiries from parents regarding admission and school programs.

  2. Manage enrollment data and maintain accurate student records.

  3. Collaborate with the Principal to plan and execute school marketing or open house events.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, HR, or school operations role (experience in education field is a plus).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—enjoys working with people and children.

  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable handling both operational and administrative tasks.

  • It’s a plus if you’re familiar with basic finance, budgeting, and accounts receivable (AR)—including managing invoices, tracking payments, and supporting daily financial operations.
