Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Operations Associate (Driver Partner's Education & Quality) di kantor PT. LALAMOVE LOGISTIK INDONESIA untuk domisili Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Kurir, Sopir & Jasa Pos (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED

What you’ll do:

Maintain Driver-Partner’s Education & Quality for 2-wheel and 4-wheel
Provide deep analysis to find the root cause of driver-partners quality issues and apply the most effective solutions
Work closely with the Customer Service team to address and investigate any order disputes
Support the Education team in handling driver-partner issues
Provide training material or driver-partners communications to ensure drivers understand the importance of driver service quality
Handle any driver-partner’s issues and appeals
Develop and implement strategies to reduce driver-partners quality issues

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Operations Management/ Logistics Management from a reputable university
Min 1 year experience in related industries
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to operate design tools (Canva) is a plus
Agile in a fast-paced environment.
