WE ARE LOOKING FOR …..

Responsible for providing guidance and advisory on risks and controls in operational risk related areas such as distribution, regulatory compliance, financial and operational processes, and systems and information security

GOVERNANCE

• Work with EXCO and Risk Coordinator to enforce proper governance for implementing Policy and Standard (P&S).
• Develop program to ensure P&S Owners have performed proper gap assessment, socialization and implementation of processes (along with developing SOPs) as required in the P&S.
• Perform selective audit on Key Control Areas as agreed with Head of ERM or as recommended by Management.
• Assist First Line in developing testing procedure for controls, and train control owners to perform testing, identify and mitigate gaps.
• Assist Operational Risk Team with Regulatory Reports (new requirements under POJK 28), Management and BOC Risk Reports, and Group Risk Reports.
• Coordinator of Operational Risk Incident Database.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit on Audit Program, Control Testing, and Risk Rating, to ensure alignment of Operational Risk Ratings.
• Maintains and records Risk KPI score for Risk Coordinator and Risk Champions.

RISK METRICS AND DATABASES

• Provide second layer checking on Operational Risk KOR ratings, and challenge based on Incidents, Control Weakness, and/or Audit Findings.
• Generate Risk Incident Reports on a monthly basis, escalating to Head of ERM where necessary.

MANAGEMENT OF KEY RISKS

• Assist Chief Risk Officer in developing effective risk assurance ************** Chief Risk Officer in the management and identification of Key Operational Risks through data analysis and assurance program
