Adapun untuk syarat yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for managing and controlling department operational domestics, customer service, and documentation daily activity.
  • Responsible for managing and controlling process in Operational, Export & Import, including Booking, Quotation, Documents, and other service to fulfil requirement of shipments.
  • Monitoring all operational, export & import process runs smoothly.
  • Monitoring daily operation cost and reduce any company loss due to extra customs for un-necessary reason.
  • Maintaining communication with Consignee, Carriers, Field Operations, Network, Customer Service and Sales, to secure correct documents and information flow.
  • Follow up all inquiry from customers to meet their requirement.
  • Negotiate with Carriers, Airlines, and Vendors to get the best price.
  • Constantly update Customs/Airport/Government’s regulations to avoid conflict during operations.
  • Handling issues with any partner in this business.
  • Resolve any raising problems or complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree form any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep knowledge in freight forwarding industry or logistics.
  • Experience with a similar senior management posisiton.
  • Able to work with deadline.
  • Managerial skills, problem solving, leadership skills, motivator, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle issues with any partner in this business (shipping line, vendor and client).
