Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Operational Manager di kantor PT Buka Tutup Pintu untuk domisili Denpasar & Bali atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Desain Interior (Desain & Arsitektur) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Job Summary:

The Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing resources, optimizing processes, and coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. The Operational Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance performance.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Resource Management:
    • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize output.
    • Coordinate with HR for workforce planning, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    • Ensure effective allocation of resources to meet production and service targets.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement solutions to improve workflow.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Monitor product and service quality to ensure they meet or exceed company standards.
    • Implement quality assurance programs and address any quality issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions on operational spending.
    • Work closely with the finance department to manage expenses and optimize profitability.
  6. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met through efficient operations.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Work with the sales and marketing teams to align operational activities with customer demand.
  7. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address concerns.
    • Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress against those targets.
  8. Reporting:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making based on operational data.
  9. Health & Safety:
    • Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
    • Promote a culture of safety within the organization, providing training and resources as needed.
    • Investigate and report on any safety incidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English is a must
