If this requirement fits you, we are looking to hire a full-time Operational Manager for our team.

We are a fast-growing, international online-offline Consultant Company. This an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a great and professional team.

What you will do:

As an Operational Manager in a legal consulting firm that also provides accounting and tax services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all day-to-day operations, ensuring that every aspect runs effectively and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be essential in this role; your approach to client management will promote satisfaction and loyalty. You will also prepare and analyze operational and financial reports, providing crucial insights to the management team. 

In collaboration with all coordinator and HR, you will develop strategies for business growth and service enhancement, leveraging your industry knowledge to guide decision-making. As you oversee departmental budgets, you will ensure that expenditures align with our financial objectives.

Requirement:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law or similar
• Minimum 30 years old
• At least 4 years of experience in the Legal or Business field, especially in the consulting department.
• Have negotiation and problem solving skills
• Mastering the laws and mechanisms of company licensing and related regulations
• Active English both oral and written
• Able to work with Team Work
• Professional and can work with targets
• Have good communication skills and leadership skills
• Domiciled in Bali
