Scope of Position :

Admin & Back Office Line Manager main tasks are to manage and control

  1. Prepare everything to support its operational activities

  2. Provide everything needed in the ongoing process of operational activities

  3.  An evaluation and review of operational activities already done

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing the admin staff performance in accordance with their respective jobdesc

  2. Help resolve problems that arise in each of the administration

  3. Together with Line Manager Administration, bridging the communication between the policies of the HQ that will be implemented to store

  4. Together with Line Manager Administration controlling the costs incurred by the store

  5. Together with Line Manager Administration oversees the performance of all Out Sourching collaboration with AEON

  6. Together with Line Manager resolve problems related to violations of the Code Of Conduct

  7. Ensuring the availability of goods into support all activities of the operation

  8. Control stationery and store equipment.

  9. Create the document filing system easy to maintain and easy to repeat order (document internal and external document)

  10. Propose Standard Operation Procedure related GA matter. (Uniform, First Aid, Fire Drill, Cleaning time, Drivers schedule, Opening, Closing Store)

  11. Always keep the customer satisfaction

  12. Keep cleanliness at working area and provide comfort of the work area

  13. Organizing the daily work schedule the whole range of administrative team are within an organizational structure

  14. Perform and support any additional task had instructed to acommpany’s goal

Minimum Requirements

  1. Work Experience          : Minimum 5 years in same position preferable experience in retail Industry.

  2. Skill                              : Time Management, office Application, problem solving, negotiation skill cost center control, coaching, people management, task management

  3. Characteristic              : Attention to detail, deadline oriented, can work as independent or as team
