Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Operation Support di kantor PT SGS Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk syarat yang kita inginkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma) & D4 (Diploma). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.900.000 - Rp 5.000.000.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES  

Register and Re-Register of Safety Kemenaker Training

  • Communicate effectively with Person Incharge of Kemenaker for Training Registration
  • Complete all the document needed for Training Registration
  • Send and checklist completed document for the Training Registration Compliance

Course Preparation and Arrangement of Training of Safety Kemenaker

  • Prepare the document needed for Course Registration
  • Submit to Kemenaker Platform (website) to complete the registration process
  • Monitor the registration until approved.
  • Arrange and confirm Tutor for each schedule of Safety Kemenaker Training.
  • Collect all of the Pre-Training Document from all participants.

Course Delivery Arrangement

  • Conduct the briefing H-1 before course start
  • Monitor and assist day to day course delivery and make sure it is delivered as planned and according to Kemenaker regulation.
  • Collect day to day document.

Post Course Arrangement and Certificate

  • Prepare report for each Safety Kemenaker Training
  • Submit to the Kemenaker Platform
  • Monitor and get the Certificate from Kemenaker
  • Send the Certificate to each participants
  • Record all the document from each course at the allocated place

Other

  • At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

 PROFILE

  • Minimum D3 graduates
  • Three years working experience, two of which as administration training would be advantage
  • Customer focused individual with lots of initiative.
  • Self starter, independent worker.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Open minded to continuous improvement. Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations.
  • Team player.
  • Able and willing to expedite issues with other staffs from other departments including technical staff, finance also other managers in SGS when it is felt that inaction could result in reduced satisfaction of customers (internal and external)
  • Have their own motorcycle/car

 REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Basic English (verbal, written and comprehension)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Additional training courses in customer service
  • Has adequate knowledge and understanding on PT SGS Indonesia’s procedure
  • Has a good skill in analyzing data for supporting the business
  • Has a good knowledge and understanding Spreadsheet software (Excel or equivalent)
  • Has a good knowledge and understanding other Microsoft software such as Microsoft office
