Criteria :

·      Education                        :  Minimum S-1 from Engineering or Health, Safety and Environment Discipline

·      Experience                       :  Minimum 10 years of operation & engineering  areas

·      Skills and Knowledge        :  Operation & Engineering  and safety

 Job Description :

  1. Compile, develop and analyze the standard policy and procedure in order to provide recommendation to the Director and support the continuous improvement in the core-operation activities.

  2. Evaluate, validate and monitor the implementation and compliance of among operation area against operation’s standard policy and procedures.

  3. Evaluate, validate and monitor the KPI cascading and performance monitoring process.

  4. Evaluate, validate and monitor directorate annual budgeting and budget implementation process to promote standardization of reporting and cost effectiveness and efficiency.

  5. Evaluate and validate Operation Directorate procurement process realization.

  6. Analysis on multiple resources to provide resolution reports in order to support decision making and policy changes in the Operation Directorate.

  7. Proactively identifying technical requirements and value creation opportunities in his area of expertise.

  8. Develop technical guidance, advice & solutions within reliability & availability, risk Assessment, technical audit

  9. Support development of dashboard integrating RBI and RCM performance indicator (e.g Failure mode, risk rangking)

  10. Operations Monitoring & Control

 ·       Monitor the performance of gas facilities (pipelines, compressor stations, metering stations, etc.) to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational target standards.

·       Monitor process parameters through SCADA and other control systems; analyze trends and potential deviations.

 11. Engineering Analysis & Optimization

 ·       Conduct technical evaluations related to energy consumption, gas balancing, losses, and unplanned shutdowns.

·       Identify process optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

·       Evaluate and analyze the overall solar gas turbine package figures, so that advice can be provided on emerging issues.

12. Coordination & Execution 

·       Coordinate with maintenance, HSSE, engineering, and external parties (suppliers, off takers) to maintain operational continuity.

·       Actively involved in start-up, shutdown, pigging, and other operational intervention
