Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Operation Solution Assistant (OSA) di tempat usaha PT Panin Dai-ichi Life untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilitie :

  • Communicate with Respective department and Line Manager to resolve problems
  • Handle appeal from Sales to Dept. Head
  • Follow up and resolve complaints in related department
  • Observe and evaluate Helpdesk Staff
  • Analyse team problem and create effective solution
  • Analyse voice of Sales and give recommendation to Line Manager for product/service improvement
  • Direct report to Head of Customer Care and indirect report to BDM
  • Visit to Sales Office if needed

Key Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • Having 5+ years experience in inbound/walk-in Call Center/Customer Service.
  • Experience in the financial services/insurance industry is preferred.
  • Strong complaint handling experience
  • Knowledgeable in complaint management
  • Proficieny in English.
