Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Operation Planner- SCN Logistics Group di kantor PT Citra Tubindo Tbk untuk domisili Batam & Kepulauan Riau serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Pergudangan, Penyimpanan & Distribusi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Mission:
Responsible for supporting the structured and systematic planning of stevedoring and cargo handling operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe execution in accordance with company SOPs and customer requirements. The role contributes to operational excellence by aligning planning activities with QHSE standards and business performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:
1) Assist in developing and adjusting operational plans for stevedoring and cargo handling activities based on vessel schedules, cargo types, and available resources.
2) Ensure all planning activities comply with company SOPs and QHSE procedures to maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.
3) Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, including equipment, manpower, and documentation.
4) Support the achievement of departmental KPIs by ensuring timely and accurate planning aligned with customer expectations.
5) Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints, escalating issues to the Senior Supervisor when necessary.
6) Maintain accurate records and documentation related to planning activities and operational performance.
7) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance planning efficiency and service quality.

Activities:
1) Assist in ensuring all equipment and tools used in Stevedoring & Cargo Handling operations comply with company rules and SOPs.
2) Support the communication of operational plans to field teams to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
3) Coordinate with relevant departments to gather operational data and incorporate it into planning documents.
4) Monitor and compare planned activities with actual field execution to identify gaps and support continuous improvement.
5) Prepare and present activity plans to the Senior Supervisor for review and approval.
6) Communicate with customers to clarify operational details and ensure plans meet their requirements.
7) Analyze equipment availability and readiness to support operational needs and customer standards.
8) Initiate MRV requests for required items, equipment, or lifting gear based on approved plans.
9) Maintain coordination with field supervisors to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
10) Immediately escalate any field incidents or deviations that may lead to customer dissatisfaction or claims.
11) Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during planning and coordination activities.
12) Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and workplace safety.
13) Perform other assigned tasks.

Education, Language, and Experience:
1) Holds a Sertifikat Tenaga Ahli Perusahaan Ahli Nautika (Certificate of Competency for Nautical Expert) ANT II /ANT III / ANT IV, and/or Diploma III in Nautical Studies / Sea Transportation.
2) Has 3 years of experience in port operations, cargo handling, or logistics planning.
3) Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level (verbal and written).

Skills:
1) Capable of structured planning and operational analysis.
2) Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3) Communicates and coordinates effectively with internal teams and external customers.
4) Understands QHSE standards and operational SOPs.
5) Proficient in planning tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6) Works independently with high attention to detail.
7) Manages time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8)Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational conditions.
