As Operations Manager, you will create a safe, productive culture also responsible for strategically mining stages in order to achieve the most effective cost and according to the scope of work.
 

Job Description :

• Managing the implementation of best practice principles and techniques in a multi discipline to deliver required outcomes.
• Review of short term, middle term and long term mining operational strategy and plan.
• Responsible to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently and safely.
• Monitoring and evaluating the suitability of mine design, mine control center (MCC), geotechnical exploration activities, surveys and quality.
• Monitoring, evaluating and following up on the implementation of mining safety programs and environmental management as well as the success of reclamation/revegetation.
• Coordinating with work partners (contractors), external departments and government agencies regarding mining operational activities.
• Responsible for maintaining work performance, discipline, attendance ratio, and development of subordinates and actively involved in employee development programs.
• Ensure the implementation of safety, occupational health and environmental procedures in the work environment.

Qualification :

• Minimum 5-10 years senior level experience in coal mining
• Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, and encompasses excellent skills in organizational, planning & problem solving.
• Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree, especially from Mining/Geologist Engineering
• Candidates must have Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU) and SMKP certification
• Candidates must have attended Project Management training
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan
