Job responsibilities

1. Assist the store manager in achieving the store’s goals, and ensure the achievement of these goals through effective management;

2. Assist the store manager in managing the daily business operations of the store (amusement park), ensuring the normal operation of the store;

3. Carry out store training to improve employees’ various skills;

4. Submit and implement promotional activity plans and schemes;

5. Summarize and fill in the daily report, establish supervision and control over the execution of cash register and accounting;

6. Protect the equipment and arrange for periodic cleaning and maintenance work;

7. Material filing and inventory;
 

Posting Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with over two years of work experience in the same position in amusement park industry, and a passion for store management work;

2. Proficient in using computers, able to complete reports, records, and other related operations;

3. Having a strong sense of responsibility and capable of handling heavy workloads, with strong organizational, coordination, and team management abilities, able to handle unexpected events;

4. Ability to communicate and work in English and Chinese;
