• Plan, implemented, coordinated, supervised, and evaluated all Site activities in accordance with applicable quality standards (ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001) as well as policies and procedures, to achieve the targets agreed upon to support the company’s strategic objectives
• Set up Site’s work plan based on the agreed target in order to ensure the implementation of operational activities in line with the work plan effectively and efficiently
• Develop forecast, financial objectives and business plans for the site in order to achieve the agreed target
• Penetrate the possibility of new accounts (customers) in the area in order to achieve the agreed sales target
• Coordinate with related divisions at head office in preparing proposal, bidding/tender, negotiation, contract agreement and develop a product range to be offered to the client in order to achieve site target

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mine Engineering, Geology/Geophysics or related disciplines.
• Having 5-7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowing ISO 17025, Laboratory Services, Marine Survey Knowledge
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Teknik Perkapalan or equivalent.
• Willing to work at site Gresik, Jawa Timur, Batam and Medan, North Sumatera
