Bloom Outdoor Furniture is currently seeking a talented and experienced Online Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads, Newsletter Marketing, and Instagram to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns across these channels and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads and sales for Bloom Outdoor Furniture.
2. Create engaging and compelling email newsletters to nurture customer relationships, promote products, and drive conversions.
3. Manage the company’s Instagram account, including content creation, posting, engagement, and growth strategies.
4. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to maximize the performance of Google Ads campaigns.
5. Monitor campaign performance across all channels and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content for newsletters and Instagram posts.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online marketing, particularly related to Google Ads, newsletter marketing, and Instagram, and implement new strategies and tactics as appropriate.
8. Manage the budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best return on investment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, newsletter marketing, and Instagram accounts, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
3. Google Ads certification and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) are highly preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals.
8. Strong understanding of Instagram best practices, including content creation, hashtag usage, and engagement strategies.
