Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 7.500.000 - Rp 13.000.000.

Our company is looking for a talented Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on various digital platforms for various clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage effective ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, TikTok Ads and other relevant channels.
Identify the best targeting options and strategies to reach the right audience and achieve desired results.
Setting up A/B testing to optimize ad performance and make continuous improvements.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report results to marketing team.
Continually stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital advertising and apply this knowledge to increase campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with other team members to create engaging ads that capture the attention of the target audience.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Ads Specialist or similar role, where you have managed successful ad campaigns and achieved measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of various ad platforms, including targeting and optimization capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent knowledge of online marketing principles.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals.
