About the role

As an Onboarding Designer, you will combine creative design expertise with exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for designing user-centric products while ensuring that new customers have a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience. This unique role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding customer needs, and configuring products to meet their specific requirements.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design and customer experience, eager to create products that delight users, and dedicated to providing top-notch support during the onboarding phase.

What you’ll do

• Create user-friendly designs for web and print collateral
• Develop QR code designs, QR code links creations, and other high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure design integrity throughout the product life cycle
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the product competitiveness
• Act as the key liaison between the company and our customers during the onboarding phase
• Coordinate tasks with other teams to configure the design to meet customer needs
• Configure clients’ accounts to their operational standards
• Handle VIP customer inquiries during the onboarding process
• Resolve issues, implement solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in web design, client management, or a related field is preferred
• Fresh grads are welcome, preferably from Graphic Design background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to analyze issues and provide effective and timely solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable using various design tools, customer onboarding, and support systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both design and documenting customer interactions

Good to Have

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc.
• Readily available & accessible portfolio to share.
