Job Requirement:

1. Technical ability: Familiar with LTE/5G base station hardware architecture, able to use common test tools, and have experience in troubleshooting transmission network (optical transmission, VSAT, microwave), power system (solar panel, battery, PLN), BTS.

2. Hands-on ability: Proficient in equipment disassembly and assembly, cable laying, connector production (such as radio frequency head, LAN cable, power cable connector, etc.).

3. Emergency ability: Able to respond to faults quickly under pressure, and have the ability to independently solve common hardware problems.

4. Safety awareness: Strictly abide by safety regulations, and have the ability to predict risks and control on-site.

Job Responsibility:

1. On-site troubleshooting and repair. After receiving the fault notification from the monitoring platform (such as NOC) or the technical support team, quickly arrive at the site with tools and spare parts. For faults such as disconnection, decommissioning, and signal interruption, gradually check the transmission link (optical fiber/microwave), power supply system, main equipment module, etc., locate and replace faulty components (such as RRU, transmission board). Handle antenna and feeder system faults (such as high antenna standing wave ratio, feeder damage), adjust antenna tilt, azimuth or replace feeder.

2. Emergency repair and guarantee. During natural disasters (typhoons, heavy rains) or major events, preventive reinforcement of base stations (such as tightening antenna poles) and backup power supply switching (such as starting generators) are carried out to ensure that the network is not interrupted. Participate in emergency repair tasks at night or on holidays, and give priority to restoring high-priority base stations (such as POI).

3. Regularly conduct on-site inspections of wireless main equipment (BBU, RRU, antenna), transmission equipment (optical transmission equipment, VSAT/MW), power system (battery, switching power supply, generator, PLN power supply system), antenna feed system, etc. according to customer needs, and record the equipment operation status (such as voltage, current, signal strength). Clean equipment dust, tighten cable joints, replace aging or faulty parts (such as fans, RF jumpers, battery packs), and ensure that the physical state of the equipment is normal. Check the base station lightning protection grounding system and ensure that the grounding resistance meets the standards.

4. Cooperate with the technical support team to complete the base station software version upgrade and patch installation, and verify the operation stability of the upgraded equipment. On-site verification of wireless parameter configuration (such as PCI, neighboring area relationship) to ensure consistency with the optimization plan of the network optimization team. Timely feedback to the technical support team on complex faults that cannot be solved on site (such as transmission interruption requiring operator coordination), and provide fault phenomenon photos, log screenshots and other information. Maintain communication with the Jakarta technical team and NOC to report maintenance progress, spare parts usage and resources that need to be coordinated.

5. Spare parts and tool management. On-site spare parts (such as BBU, RRU, MODEM, SNMP, CCTV, batteries), regular inventory, and timely application for replenishment of consumables (such as cables, connectors). Maintain the normal use of test tools (such as multimeters), regular calibration and maintenance.

6. Safety regulations are implemented. Strictly abide by the high-altitude operation regulations (wearing safety belts and helmets) and live operation procedures (power-off operation, power test confirmation) to avoid safety accidents such as electric shock and falling. When operating dangerous equipment such as batteries, do a good job of insulation protection to prevent short circuits or acid and alkali leakage. Compliance guarantees ensure that base station maintenance complies with local industry standards and Bakti specifications.
