One of our Brands in the Consumer Electronics is looking for Offline Customer Service, with Job Description as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, mail, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, provide information about products or services, and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and data protection guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an offline environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and patient, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience: Experience in a similar role within our industry.
  • Additional Languages: Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Software: Ms. Office and GDrive
