Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Office Manager - Law Firms di perusahaan PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

The Office Manager serves as an early team member responsible to assist with the setting up process for the Indonesia entity for a law firm, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the office’s finance, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, compensation and benefit, and general affairs functions to ensure the successful implementation and smooth operation of the office.

Description

Financial Management

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the law firm, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial administration.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports to ensure proper coding and approval.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.

Budgeting

  • Track and analyze budget variances, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage the law firm’s compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior management to develop and implement competitive compensation strategies and ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits.

Job Description: General Affairs

  • Oversee general office operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on tasks such as travel arrangements, event planning, and record keeping.

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in office management.
  • Ideally coming from a law firm or legal services environment background or possess an experience in a Pre-Opening team.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including legal compliance and industry benchmarks.
  • Professional level of English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
