Job description & requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. You will help our clients and users to analyze the business requirement and align it to Odoo solutions,
2. You will give your best advice and solutions to our clients on industry / cross-industry leading practices,
3. You will work closely with our developers to customize the software based on client’s requirements,
4. You will support and perform Odoo configuration and tests,
5. You will help with the preparation for the training session for users,
6. You will write down and organize all settings during the implementation process to ensure the ability of any successor/team to easily follow,
7. You will support to utilization tool and ticketing systems to ensure operational support.

Qualifications

1. At least you have total working experience of 3 – 5 years related to ERP especially Odoo
2. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the business process implementation and software development processes.
3. Has some knowledge of Python and Odoo API
4. Has some broad knowledge of Odoo features and function
5. Familiar with Information Technology Service Management
6 Has confidence, good communicator, and positive attitude
7 If you have Odoo functional certification will be a big plus point.
