Job descriptions:

Develop, implement and continuously enhance ocean LCL freight forwarding operational procedures and infrastructures (import, export and domestic).
Develop ocean LCL products and services.
Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping line and co-loader.
Collaborate with sales functions to execute business plan targets.
Build and maintain long term relations with partners (shipping line,co-loader, CFS, truckers).
Oversee compliance with ocean freight regulator, Customs, laws and regulations for import, export, and domestic shipments.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position.
Having knowledge of ocean freight forwarding would be an advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication skills, and negotiation skill.
Fast learner, good motivation and team work.
Computer literate (ms. Word, ms. Excel & ms. office 365).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Able to work with tight deadlines.
