Primary Job Role :

We are looking for an innovative Non Trade Purchaser who can Compile and analyze statistical data to determine the feasibility of purchasing products and establish pricing objectives for contract transactions: Gather information from magazines, catalogs, and other sources to stay informed about pricing trends and also planning & scheduling delivery roles.

Main Task:

  • Coordinate with other departments regarding procurement of goods also review and forward approval requests
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule
  • Select products to purchase by testing, observing, or examining items
  • Estimate value according to knowledge of market prices
  • Analyzing delivery lead times, missing products, market opportunities
  • Prepare purchase orders or quote requests
  • Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts according to budget constraints and scope of authority
  • Maintain manual or computerized procurement records, such as purchases of goods or services, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventory
  • Discuss defective or unacceptable goods with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and other parties to determine the source of the problem and take corrective action

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Purchase field
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of non trade purchase channels ( vendors )
