Job Summary:

As a Network Operations Standard Specialist at BYD Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence across our dealer network. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating Net Promoter Scores (NPS), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement, and monitor dealer operation standards covering sales, service, and customer experience processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for the dealer network. Analyze NPS data, identify trends, and collaborate with dealers to address customer feedback and improve satisfaction levels.
• Design and deliver training programs to dealer staff on brand standards, customer service excellence, and NPS improvement strategies.
• Track dealer performance against established KPIs and targets. Provide coaching and support to underperforming dealers to enhance their operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline dealer processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that elevate the customer experience across the dealer network.
• Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, NPS trends, and key operational metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, specifically with an ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek) or distributor.
• Proven experience in managing dealer operations standards and NPS (Net Promoter Score) evaluation programs.
• Demonstrable success in implementing strategies for NPS improvement across a dealer network.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail processes, sales operations, and customer service principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

About The Team:
The Network Development and Sales team at BYD Indonesia is responsible for growing our dealership network. We survey potential locations, create reports, and map out the network according to market conditions. We also make sure our dealerships meet our brand standards throughout construction, handle legal documentation related to network issues, and ensure that our dealerships always adhere to our brand standards. We’re also constantly keeping an eye on our competitors to stay ahead in the market.
