Job Descriptions:

1. To support devices at Datacentre’s and at Customer premises.
2. Checking on the alert Emails, work on the Incidents and changes, monitoring, firewall rules implementation, configurations, and support under Managed Services.
3. Incident, change management and supporting both internal and external projects where requires racking / stacking of devices and structured cabling.
4. Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.
5. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
6. Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
7. Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
8. Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing internal and external projects.
9. Upgrade data network equipment the latest stable firmware releases.
10. Liaise with the project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers.
11. Speak to customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture and experience in working in the datacentre environments.
12. Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining documenting and enforcing system standards.
13. Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.

Requirements:

1. Must be able speak & write in English.
2. Having CCNA/CCNP Certification is preferable.
3.  Experience–hands on racking, stacking, structured cabling, setup from scratch, managing configuring NW devices. (Switches/Routers/Load Balancers/Firewall).
4. Familiar with any cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
5. Advantage if have hands on Systems and Virtualization.
6. Experience on Windows / Linux.
