Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi National Sales Manager di tempat usaha PT Cekindo Business International untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup lumayan menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibility:

Provide sales team with the leadership and direction needed to achieve sales, margin and market share goals
Set vision aligning employees and decision processes to maximize potential in the long-range plan period and beyond
Develop and implement pricing strategies, sales conditions and tender prices
Develop and maintain rapport with KOLs in the market place to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities. Monitor competitive market situations
Develop, motivate and challenge staff to achieve top performance.
Closely monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure that resources are spent in line with business plan commitment
Focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to quality and compliance
Monitor performance/ refocus resources/ ensure achievement of operating plan
Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions
Adapt local organization as needed by challenging existing structures and internal processes
Develop the local organization by identifying and growing diverse talents in order to achieve the long-range plan and vision
Create a learning organization and develop a strong succession plan
Build relations/ company image by maintaining close contact with customers, Health Care authorities, registration offices, Health Care associations, government, patient groups and the community
Ensure all company activities are conducted within the framework of the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or Veterinary Practitioner (Drh.) with Sales Experience.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a sales managerial position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales towards growth and enhanced sales volume and revenue.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
Experience in evaluation product market situations transforming into actionable sales strategies and approach
Excellent negotiation skills
