Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi National Sales & Business Development Manager, B2C (Jakarta) - MNC Lubricant Oil di tempat usaha BAYES untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Purpose:

This role has dual responsibilities of managing sales targets and the team within national coverage territory.

The Responsibilities: 

  • Managing Sales (Automotive) business growth and development along with achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Define business Metrics and Account receivables management
  • Devise strategic blueprint to meet the long-term business goal
  • Development of specific sector or increase market share of products in Personal mobility segment covering the full lifecycle starting with sourcing, legal coordinator identification, frequent market surveys, pricing. 
  • Build and Develop viable distribution network through Retail network expansion nationwide.
  • Marketing Strategy formulation and percolation to the teams 
  • Activations as per Plan and within approved budget in different markets.
  • Analysis and evaluation of market trends, gap identification and presentation to the management 
  • Facilitate/Coach the team on ways of working (WOW) and devising sharp KRA/KPI`s along with proper review and feedback.
  • Develop people competencies & capabilities to meet current & future targets/plan for the sales teams. 
  • Coordination with support functions to ensure operational efficiency

The Requirement:

  • Should possess ability to plan, analyse market information / company policies
  • Should possess coaching / training skills. 
  • The candidate must have exposure to Retail/channel sales with sharp sales and marketing acumen and proficient in Distributor/dealer management
  • Demonstrate initiatives and resourcefulness to develop well planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines
  • Business planning and financial knowledge
  • Ability to build strong relationship to grow the business
  • Good interpersonal skills/ people manager 
  • Should be target oriented individual.
