Job Description

Develop and implement Key Account/Channel (Modern & Traditional Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts.
Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership.
Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia.
Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the business plan.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus).
7 to 10 years of experience in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the domestic appliances industry or consumer electronics.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Possess specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills.
Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, and multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment.
