The National Distribution Manager will oversee the distribution of company’s products across Indonesia, and will be responsible for managing relationships with their distribution partners to ensure that our products reach customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Description

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Distribution Manager to join their team. The National Distribution Manager will oversee the distribution of company’s products across Indonesia, and will be responsible for managing relationships with their distribution partners to ensure that our products reach customers in a timely and efficient manner. The National Distribution Manager will report directly to the Country

Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute distribution strategies that support the growth and expansion of company’s product lines
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new distribution partners in strategic locations
• Manage existing distribution partners and build strong, collaborative relationships with them to ensure successful distribution of company’s products
• Conduct regular reviews of distribution partners to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and service level agreements
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving distribution processes and strategies
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support of distribution strategies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the distribution team, ensuring that all team members have the resources and support they need to succeed
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the food and beverage industry

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in distribution management handling F&B products
• Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful distribution strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving distribution processes and strategies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
