Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi National Branch Coordinator di kantor PT Murni Solusindo Nusantara untuk domisili Jakarta Barat & Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 23.000.000 - Rp 30.000.000.
Sales Enforcement: Enforce all Branch Managers to ensure implementation of all sales initiatives and strategies according to the Corporate Sales & Marketing Strategy to increase sales in order to boost branch revenue & profitability
Market Expansion: Enforce all Branch Managers to ensure all branches perform market expansion to vertical and horizontal markets within the respective branches’ territories through network expansion (engagement with business partners) to improve nationwide sales coverage to increase sales in order to boost branch revenue & profitability so as to achieve significant growth in the Company’s revenue
Holistic Product Coverage: Enforce all Branch Managers to ensure all branches are able to sell all products, solutions, and services
Strategic Opportunities: Identify potential strategic prospect projects within the branch territories and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure maximum chance of securing the projects
Enrichment: Enforce all Branch Managers to ensure all branches’ staff has the right skill sets and knowledge required to sell all products, solutions, and services
Staff Performance: Coordinate with Branch Managers to continuously monitor and evaluate all staff performance (productivity and sales output)
Technical Support: Ensure all branches meet the SLA required by all customers, and actively coordinate with Branch Managers to ensure customer satisfaction within the respective territories
Bridging Communication: Act as a central point of communication between Head Office and Branches (including for distributions of sales tools and marketing collaterals, events publicity, etc.)
Marketing Support: Actively coordinate with Branch Managers to promote upcoming events to their respective networks and actively involve in the Company’s marketing activities
Monthly Branch Performance Review: Conduct monthly review of branch performance with each/all Branch Managers (involving all aspects from business, operations, finance, etc.) and provide summarized reports/highlights and recommendations for further considerations and directions from Management
Problem Identification & Corrective Action (PICA): Identify problems and areas of improvements, and independently coordinate with Branch Managers to formulate and implement strategies/ action plans to resolve and prevent recurrence of the problems to increase sales in order to boost branch revenue & profitability
Branch Development: Initiative, proactive, persistent, and resilient in carrying out challenging tasks such as collaborating with potential partners, consistent upselling and cross-selling products, solutions, and services, to ensure continuous branch improvement
Sales Activity Reports: Consolidate all sales leads/prospect projects along with detailed activity reports into a comprehensive report on a weekly basis
Other Tasks
Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify various risks/ loop holes and communicate/ coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to mitigate the risks for continuous improvement of the Company as a whole
Acting as Branch Manager: Step in as a temporary Branch Manager in the case of establishment of a new branch, under-performing Branch Manager, etc.
Administrative Tasks: Coordinate with Branch Managers and/or branch staff to maintain records, prepare branch performance and sales reports, manage branch assets and inventory, and overseeing financial transactions
Qualification Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree/ S1 in Business Management, Economic Management, or any related field (an MBA is preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the same industry (Experience in sales, marketing, and management is preferred)
Initiative, proactive, persistent, and resilient
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and diplomatically (Bilingual, English and Bahasa Indonesia, is preferred)
Effective organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines
Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills are valuable for troubleshooting operational challenges.
Basic understanding of financial principles and the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in using computer software and applications relevant to the job, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other business software
Familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
Able to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges with composure
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
