Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Music Promotion Manager di kantor Bytedance Inc untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.
Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About the Team:

The Promotion Team exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and “do music” their way.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as campaign manager and form comprehensive promotion plans for artists together with A&R team, responsible for content creative support, resource coordination and campaign execution.
- Build and maintain a good connection with artists, support A&R team on artist communication regarding promotion progress and result delivery
- Identify and monitor key digital & social platforms for emerging trends, creative ideas to effectively collaborate with internal teams
- Responsible for media buying and exploring new feasible promotion channels according to business goals.
Job Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in music campaigns and artist collaborations, strong knowledge of marketing and media channels
- Good project management and coordination skills, high ownership and responsible attitude towards work
- Good sense of music-related content especially short videos, know internet memes and latest trend
- Proficient in English to work with international colleagues in a global environment
- Good work ethics, self-motivated and result-driven with cross-cultural empathy.
