Job Role:

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of regional office operations, including business development, credit review, collections, and team leadership. This role is essential for expanding the company’s financing portfolio, building strategic client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of equipment leasing and credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all branch functions: sales, credit, operations, and collections for corporate financing (heavy equipment, factoring, or working capital).

• Drive sales targets and portfolio growth while maintaining credit quality and risk controls.

• Develop business opportunities by analyzing market conditions and cultivating client and supplier relationships.

• Coach and develop branch personnel to achieve performance goals and deliver high-quality customer service.

• Oversee end-to-end credit processing, ensuring prudent risk assessment and sound credit decisions.

• Maintain healthy asset quality through proactive monitoring and risk mitigation.

• Act as the key decision-maker in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the branch.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Management, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial services or leasing, with prior leadership in branch or regional roles. Heavy equipment or machinery financing experience is essential.

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

• Technical Expertise:

  • Credit & Risk: Strong knowledge of credit review processes, underwriting, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Sales: Demonstrated ability to grow portfolios, manage key client accounts, and build pipelines.

  • Operations: Hands-on experience in collections, marketing execution, and overall branch operations.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, interpersonal communication, and result-driven mindset.

• Mobility: Open to placement in Banjarmasin or other regional offices as needed, with flexibility for travel and relocation.
