About the role

As a full-time MT Production Engineer at PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk’, you will play a crucial role in the company’s manufacturing operations in Cikampek, West Java. Responsible for overseeing the production process, you will ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. • Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output

• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of new products and production methods

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Willing to work in shift in filed jobs
