JOB OVERVIEW:

Mold Maintenance Manager ensures that all molds in plant able to run within good condition and reach the target of uptime and/or another Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and make sure that mold section will have necessary parts and skill level.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

1. Lead the team to conduct Mold Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance
2. Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace all component of equipment.
3. Train and supervise employees for Mould troubleshooting, to ensure of safety, quality and productivity.
4. Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot.
5. Removing the bottle necks from existing issues on spares and modification of the same
6. Build the mold test, inspect, troubleshoot and repair faulty or damaged tooling process and SOP.
7. Ensure of mold trials as per plan & parts of desired quality
8. Perform preventative maintenance on mold.
9. Review of tool preventive maintenance plans
10. To maintain data for breakdowns, damages/breakages, idle hours and spares utilization
11. Devine corrective actions on the assembling process in case of quality problem and / Customers complains if related to mold.
12. Follow company program.

• Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including to ensure work tools accordance standard), energy, quality and environment programs to ensure implement company management system runs smoothly.
• Identify, report and review related OHS (work accident. Audit OHS and improvement), energy, quality and environment management system to ensure and improve company management system.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.
• Minimum 18 Years Old 
• Work Experience

Relevant work experience >12 years of work experience in Mold and Tools shop operations of which 5 years in Managerial Position.

• Knowledge’s of

1. Surface Grinder, EDM, Milling & Knowledge of Mould polishing etc
2. Mold assembly/fitting and maintenance best practice
3. Buyer mold manufacturing standards or best practice

 Skills of

1. Technical field / area of specialization
2. Mold process from row material to finished good with a thorough understanding of the effects of heat.
3. Product quality specifications
4. Strong mechanical aptitude
5. Strong communication & organizational skill
6. Setting tools for production and processing tools
7. Communication skills in English and Mandarin
