> Mold Maker Technician

Job Description:

• Make cooling channel, assembly mold, sandblast process and fitting the molds.
• Do preventive and repair mold.
• Reporting daily activity to the leader including time tracker report.
• Preventive Maintenance for Manual Machine.
• Support Problem solving at Mold maker.
• Implementation 6S at mold maker area.
• Kaizen (Ideas and Reports).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic degree from a technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mold Making.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Expertise in operating machine tools: milling, lathe, EDM, grinding, welding, etc.
• Skilled in assembling molds, including slider and non-slider molds.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Mold construction & Machining processes for mold making.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) is an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3).
• Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices.

> Mold Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Execute mold preventive maintenance and Mold repair based on schedule/daily plan.
• Report daily activity to the leader including time tracker report (self) based on weekly schedule.
• Implement 6S at mold assembly & manual machine area.
• Create and implement Kaizen (Idea and Report) based on Monthly schedule.
• Support repairing mold Heel Counter when mold preventive maintenance is done, based on weekly schedule.
• Fulfill mold preventive maintenance checklist, based on weekly schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Polytechnic degree from a technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mold Maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with machine tools for mold repair: milling, lathe, EDM, grinding, etc.
